I've tried a lot of things on their menu, and the only thing I like from there are the ribs (I love them!) and the salad bar. Since the ribs are too expensive, I mostly only get the salad bar (which is pretty pricey as well). We don't frequent them very often b/c of the lack of good food (their mashed potatoes suck.. they taste fake). Also, I absolutely LOVE the Waldorf Salad (especially when they make it with dried cranberries instead of raisins!!!).

Before you think it, I know...why review a Ruby Tuesday when they're basically the same everywhere you go. This Ruby Tuesday is different. It is exceptionally good and worth reviewing because I make it a point to come here every time I'm in Jeff City. Over the course of my life I've been to Ruby Tuesday all over the country and they've ranged from good to just okay to not so great, but this one is far above the rest and has yet to disappoint. The thing that makes this Ruby Tuesday stand out is the salad bar, which is ALWAYS stocked with fresh crisp vegetables, lettuces, and dressings. The attentive staff seems to consistently swoop in and replace anything that has run out or looks like it's been sitting too long. The croutons also deserve mention because they're perfectly crispy on the outside but somehow remain slightly chewy on the inside.

From the moment we walked in it was a bad experience. No hostess to greet us. We stood in the entrance waiting for 5 minutes. When she did show up she spoke very little and led us to a table with hand motions. The salad bar is why we come here and it was awful! Had to pick thru the greens to find some that wasn't badly wilted or black the potato salad was dried out on top. Most everything was empty or mixed together with other toppings. When we did get out food it was fine and cooked correctly. Thank goodness! That is why I give it one star. Next time you go in this place take a look around. Rug is dirty and worn. Corners are cruddy and things are just worn out and unkept. Substandard to say the least. They need to take a lessons from the Nixa restaurant.

Lacking or slow on service. Table not clean. Needs to be cleaned better as a whole. Salad bar needs to be freshened.

Must have new management. Quality is dropping. Salad bar has rotten produce. This place should be better than this.

We had avoided this location for 4 years because it was so bad. No longer! Food was wonderful. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

They have wonderful food! The steaks are great and the the sides are wonderful as well. The prices are just a tad bit high but not too bad. Love to go here. I would go all of the time if I could.

Decent food. The have started to become a little pricier. It takes forever to get your food. Other than that it's an ok place to grab a bite to eat.

A chain with pricier food...good food but it is starting to get a little pricier. The biscuits do rival Red Lobster and the debate in our family is which is better. I still go with Red Lobster, but it is an even draw in the family. The salad bar is decent, more dressings than most.
